Programs · For inmates

From first prompt to first business.

A rehabilitation program in six levels, each usable on its own. Agencies choose the levels that suit their cohort, regime and release timelines. Responsible use (privacy, bias, scams and misinformation) runs through every level. The goal is a job and a stable life after release, so fewer people return to prison.

Custom sessions

Built around your centre.

No two prisons have the same cohort, security rules or local job market. Before we deliver, we work with your education and operations staff to shape the sessions around them.

01

Assess the site

Security classification, device and internet access, the education timetable and room capacity. We also look at the cohort: sentence lengths, literacy levels, languages spoken and the First Nations share.

02

Match the local job market

We look at the industries hiring where your prisoners will be released, and build the examples, practice tasks and pathways around them.

03

Choose the format

Pick the levels and modules that fit, then the format: a single awareness session, a weekly course across a term, or a pre-release intensive. Group sizes and session lengths are set around your regime and lockdowns.

04

Deliver, measure, adjust

After each cohort we report attendance, completion and learner confidence, track rehabilitation outcomes after release where the agency shares them, and adjust the content with your staff before the next one.

Delivered where your people are.

From maximum-security units to pre-release centres, each model meets the agency's operational and security requirements.

In-prison classroom

Facilitator-led sessions in education and program rooms, in small groups.

Offline and air-gapped

No learner internet access. Offline AI tools on locked-down devices, or demonstration-only delivery.

Pre-release and transition

An intensive in the final months before release, so CVs, MyGov and applications are ready on day one.

Women's facilities

Examples and pathways built around women's employment, caring responsibilities and small business.

Youth justice

An age-appropriate version for youth detention, linked to schooling, training and first jobs.

Culturally-led First Nations delivery

Co-facilitated with First Nations educators, with examples drawn from Country, community and ranger work.
